Banish the Burnout

As yoga teachers we teach because we love it! In the beginning you might be easily seduced into teaching 5AM private students and 8PM public classes. At some point you will inevitably face burnout. 

So how do you banish burnout? Be mindful about when you experience your peak energy. Are you an early bird or a night owl? 

Once you identify when you are at your best then schedule your teaching at those times. It might be challenging (financially and emotionally) to say farewell to your morning students or your evening classes, so make a step by step plan to shift your schedule.

When you make space in your schedule new opportunities that are just right will naturally find you!
