Veronica’s teaching takes me on a sacred journey. On my mat, I explore breath and movement accompanied by a musical mix unique to each class, in our virtual community. Her gentle, but firm voice encourages me in a deeply personal way that’s even more fulfilling than the practice we shared in the studio. Veronica understands the pulse of the universe and shares her knowledge in the restorative moon rituals at each new and full moon.

FAQs

  • 4 pm eastern on a Sunday nearest the New Moon and the Full Moon. On occasion, the schedule is adjusted for holidays and conflicts. You can view all of the upcoming Restorative Moon Rituals on our google calendar.

  • You’ll receive a Zoom link by email 1 hour before class as well as reminders in the days prior. All you need is what you’ve got at home; grab any throw blanket and pillow for restorative yoga.

  • No experience is needed. The yoga portion of the class will be primarily lying down.

  • I do not offer drop-in classes. Consistency is key when building a practice and a relationship with the lunar cycles.

  • ​No worries. Many of the members practice with the on-demand replays. You have access to a private membership site with the library of recordings, plus I'm adding guided meditations for when you want a little hit of astro-infused relaxation.

  • ​Of course! You can cancel at any time, but any previous paid membership fees are non-refundable.

  • You're in luck! Join Online Yoga Club.
