Why Cosmic Yoga Club?
Community is key in cultivating a habit. You’ll be greeted by the same group of smiling yogis every week. Plus our pre-class chat and hang is pretty fun.
Making space in your schedule for rest, relaxation, and gentle movement is imperative when living in a time of unprecedented stress.
Aligning your practice with the Sun and Moon makes for a satisfying and holistic experience. The ancient yogis knew when it was time to rest and time to press thanks to the skies, and when you join us, so will you.
Live classes are a game-changer. We’ve all paid for video-based memberships and let them gather cobwebs. Can't make it? No problem, all classes are recorded.
Routine is soothing. Having a set time to gather and practice eliminates another decision from your day. Once you’re in the groove your body, mind, and nervous system will thank you.
Sunday Sanctuary
Sunday Sanctuary is a once-a-month gathering on Zoom where we slow down, reconnect, and rest. Each session offers a gentle, spirit-infused practice with meditation, mindful movement, and plenty of space for deep restoration.

Classes are a slow Vinyasa Flow.
All are welcome, but class is geared toward those who can get up and down from the floor with ease.
You’ll receive a Zoom link by email 1 hour before go time to join the class.
All you need is your mat and what you’ve got at home. It is nice to have 2 blocks, a strap, and a blanket.
Club members have private access to a member portal with the recordings.

YES, brand new yogis are welcome! Full disclosure, I do teach mostly with verbal cues and this is not beginner specific.

I teach a flow style class with ample freedom and suggestions for personalization.
If you’ve never taken yoga before, there will be a learning curve, but have faith, everyone started as a beginner at some point.
If you’re looking for a sweaty power workout or strict attention to doing poses the “right” way, this might not be your vibe.

No worries. Many of the members practice with the on-demand replays. Club members have access to a private membership site with the library of recordings. (Those who register for “drop-in” do not have access to the recordings.)
